Tuesday's 4-hour fishing charter out of St.Pete Beach, Florida went really good. After a slow grouper bite just 3 days ago, the fish were more than cooperative with at least 5 Gag grouper over the 22" mark being released. Check out Jeremy with the big fish of the day, a solid 10 pound Florida Gag grouper.
Once again, the weather was perfect for this fishing trip. We had 6 good friends from the Quebec area of Canada that were overjoyed to suck in some Florida sunshine...and quite a few fish as well. This particular fishing trip out into the Gulf of Mexico produced both Red and Gag grouper, Black seabass, Porgies and even 1 nice Flounder...yum yum! Oh, also 1 Spanish mackerel that ate one of our bottom fishing rigs. It is very obvious that the Pelagic fish are on their way. I have a strong feeling about the Kingfishing that we will experience this year.
