Monster King fish of Tampa Bay club

Like every day, Wednesday was a great one! 2 half-day fishing charters near John's Pass, in one day, is both exhilarating and exhausting...but both went well, real well! We caught big Kingfish no matter where we went.

The morning trip came compliments of Mike and Mitch Hopson, from Iowa. All the way from catching channel cat in the river to catching monster Kingfish in the Gulf of Mexico. Mike and Mitch had their limit of Kings early, and these were not your typical Kings...they caught the 'beach' Kings! Check out Mike with a 'money fish' beach King, and his personal best! The afternoon offered us a chance to host Brent, Todd, Garret, Austin, Keegan and Cobi to a Jawbreaker “special”. The bite was a bit slower in the afternoon, but the boys still hit a home run with 2 big Kings and several large Spanish mackerel , regardless. These guys were not going to take slow for an answer...and Jawbreaker charters delivered. Tight work young guns...check out the Jawbreaker photo gallery for the boys in action.
