Barracuda are still invading the Gulf coast

Our recent 4-hour fishing charter out of St.pete beach produced some nice mackerel, as usual, but patience paid off for Karen Cole with another toothy surprise. This prime specimen of a Barracuda made it's way into our spread on Wednesday's afternoon charter. Aside from the 'cudas', the Spanish mackerel were willing, the jacks were there, but the Kings were not happening for us on this trip. We tried everything in our power, but blamed it on slow tides and lack of 'real' bait presence.
